The Traveler

We are still glowing about your marvelous presentation on Wednesday evening. We agreed that it was one of the very best in the seven years that The Traveler has co-sponsored travelogues with the Bainbridge Public Library. Your passion infused the whole program. You clearly love the activity, the dogs and the company of your fellow trainers and racers. Having Bella and Aspen there plus the racing sled and gear made us feel that we were almost on the trail with you. You are an accomplished speaker, too. You appealed to everyone, and I think the range among the 65 or so people there was from about 4 to 84!

You handled the Q&A like an expert.Thank you so much! Susan and Barbara

Dine & Discover Dinner
It's hard to find the right words to show our appreciation to you for your outstanding presentation at our Dine & Discover Dinner!  In addition to your professionalism, you are extremely articulate, friendly and know how to capture an audience!  Your use of Show and Tell items, the very interesting Slide Show and of course, your fascinating descriptions with Bella at your side, was strong and appealing to the audience.
How will you know unless we tell you what a lasting impression you made on our group.  No one wanted to leave and everyone is still talking about you.  The only sad ones are those that didn't attend!  When you put into perspective how many people there are in the world and how astonishingly few Iditarod Finishers there are, your accomplishment is truly astounding!
Thank you also for bringing your partner Gus along.  Also, an interesting fellow and we gather, a vital cog in the Daugereau Team with your use of his Montana Ranch for dog training.  Say hi to him for us.
Adding to your collection of millions of photos, please enjoy our attachments, some good, some not so good.  We especially like Bella! What a fine animal and she reflects your kindness and concern for all your dogs.
We will be following the exploits of Laura as time goes on and we wish you continued health and success!
